ASHI®

The American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI) is the National professional association for home inspectors. To become a fully certified member of ASHI, experience, testing and certification are required. To maintain certification, ASHI requires a minimum of 20 hours in continuing education per year.

ASHI mandates a National Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice. These standards are observed by Coastal Inspection Services. We are not permitted to perform repairs on homes we inspect. Coastal Inspection Services specializes in the inspection itself, thus avoiding any possibility of conflict of interest. We work exclusively for the client who hires us, and for no one else.

Coastal Inspection Services is a certified member of ASHI.
