Your Home Inspection

Depending on the size of your new home, an average home inspection will take about three hours.

In order to provide you with as much information as possible, the 600+ item inspection report comes packaged in an attractive, easy-to-reference, three-ring binder with all the conditions noted and recorded for you reference. This information will give you the additional knowledge needed to make an informative decision concerning your new purchase.

You will gain a better insight, more knowledge and added value from our service by being at the inspection. If you are unable to attend, please let us know in advance of any special concerns you may have, and we will arrange for our inspectors to call you after the inspection to review his findings and explain the inspection report.

As stipulated in the Pre-Inspection Agreement, Coastal inspections are based on a visual examination of readily accessible components of the home or building. A report itself is not a warranty, guarantee or any form of insurance, expressed or implied.

WDO Inspections

Reporting

The home inspection is a visual examination of the accessible areas of the structure and mechanical systems. We provide you a better understanding and knowledge of the condition of the home.

You will learn what to expect in maintenance and repairs from our easy-to-read and understandable on-site reports, describing the houses components in great detail. Photographs are available upon request.

The cost of an inspection is only a small fraction of the cost of the home. Our office is ready to discuss and assist you with your inspection needs.

Making An Appointment Is Easy

Call us at 1-904-436-2115. Coastal Inspection Services personnel are on duty Monday through Friday to answer your questions and schedule appointments. We will coordinate with buyer, seller and agent(s) to make sure a mutually convenient inspection time can be arranged, very often at short notice. Inspection fees are due at the time of inspections; any departure from this should be pre-arranged with our office.
